Middleweight Digital Designer

As a creative thinker and problem solver, you will have responsibility for supporting the creative team and producing your own stunning work for our portfolio of clients, consisting of some of the biggest brands in the industry. You will be able to manage a project from start to finish, and have the responsibility to support and inspire others to achieve overall project goals.

The role requires:
— Design and develop creative content for digital platforms and social media
— A keen design eye for typography, composition and colour
— A keen interest in a specific area of the creative fields
— Assist in creating project plans and budgets for a diverse range of client and projects
— Review and provide feedback internally and externally
— Establish relationships with clients, actively identifying and supporting new partnership opportunities
— Design social media campaigns for a wide variety of channels including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
— Be a visual storyteller through images, animations and video.

What you’ll bring:
— At least 3–4 years experience in the industry
— A sense of ambition and the ability to inspire and lead others
— An original thinker and aware of current design and cultural trends
— A high-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Premiere Pro, After effect and XD Design)
— A passion about craft, from typography to print to photography

Studio Manager

Organisation and agility are absolutely key to being a great Studio Manager. In this role you will have responsibility for supporting the creative team day-to-day by keeping the running of projects and overall workflow as smooth as possible. You will be the conduit between the design studio and the wider client teams to keep project on track, on time and delivered perfectly each and every time. You'll also need to have a good understanding of design language and the process of design from briefing to delivery and you have a keen understanding and interest in social media.

The role requires:
— Managing a project from briefing to completion – taking client briefs, consolidating clients needs, assigning designers to a project, managing outputs and ensuring deadlines are met. No matter what.
— Creating and implementing workflow and project management processes to make for a smooth, efficient project lifecycle
— Reviewing daily resource and workload schedules and booking freelancers when workload is high
— Creating budget estimates for studio time
— Keeping everyone up to date on a projects status – stakeholders, clients and the team
— Quality control – does the design adhere to the client brief? A must.
— Proofreading – double, triple checking of documents before they fly out of the inbox
— Assessment and debrief management – celebrating the wins and booing the losses, but discussing solutions to improve for next time

What you’ll bring:
— Previously experience of working within a creative agency as a Studio Manager or a similar role 
— Excellent organisation and communication skills
— A clear sense of teamwork and an approachable working style that brings value to the team and clients alike  
— An ability to strike a balance between managing constraints and delivering the best possible results
