Engineers of Change

In June 2024, Battenhall launched a campaign to promote International Women in Engineering Day, titled 'Engineers of Change'.

The campaign was aimed at improving the perception of GE HealthCare as an inclusive employer and innovator. It helped demonstrate to key demographics the technology being deployed, and ignited pride and confidence in its employees.

Objective:

  • Generate an increase in job applications around key roles
  • Increase awareness of its colleague value proposition and key message that life-saving innovation starts with women
